Final Blog

• Which in class writing was your favorite? Why? My favorite post was about my hunting experience with my grandpa and my dad. I liked this because i like telling the story of the best hunting year ever.

• Which in class writing was your least favorite? Why? My least favorite post was Color. i dint like it because i didn't know what color i am.

• Review all your writing chronologically (earliest to latest). List three interesting observations or changes in your writing. Which are the most profound (obvious and important)? Why? I wasn't writing as much, spelling was bad, and i didn't make my stories as interesting. Writing more now and making my stories more descriptive have been the most important. 

• If you could change anything about your writing this semester what would it be? Why? I would change the way I use words. for example be more descriptive or find other ways of saying something without using the word.

• What did you like best about this course? I like how we talked in class and had group activities.

• What did you like least about this course? Wished we read the book in class.

• What would you have done differently this semester if you could have a do-over? I would've made time to reed Heart and the Fist outside of class.

• What did learn about yourself as a student, a thinker, a writer this semester? I learned that if you just free write you could come up with something. Also i have became a better writer.

• What could I, Ms. A., have done differently to improve the course? Talk about Heart and the Fist in the class, maybe.

I think i should get an A. I have been here everyday but one. Also i have always participated and done the work that should be done.

The heart and the fist

I connected to this books, because my grandpa with in the military. He wanted to protect us and protect the people of the war zone. He helped the people in the war zone by fighting beside them and also fought for them. I’m sharing today that my grandpa story when he was in war but I can’t tell the whole story because he hasn’t told me all of it for some reason. The purpose of this books is let people know how war is and the ways we helped stop it. And to inform people. I think the audience for this book are people who have experience it or people who want to know about stories of war.

Hunting - is something at I am very passionate about. My family have been hunting and teaching down the generation how to hunting and the skills needed. As an example turkey hunting. I’m passionate about it because it bonds people together and you learn something new every time you go turkey hunting. You need to know the skill of how to call in the turkey, stalk and how and when to put a decoy up to make the Tom come in. I get pride from killing turkey or hunting any animal. It makes me happy and it gives me something to eat. The excitement of hearing the gobble from a Tom is amazing. You have to work him in and get him close enough to shoot. And when you see a turkey close up for the first time and watch his head change different color and him being puffed up, is the coolest thing in the world. And you can be any race or anything to enjoy hunting and it’s always fun to bring someone who has never been hunting and they get a deer or turkey.

The Wild Turkey is further divided into six subspecies. Harvesting a bird from all the subspecies in the "Grand Slam"

Tiffany(Brat)

She’s my girlfriend. She has funny laughs and she beautiful. She’s annoying and knows what pushes my buttons or as she would say budens. She snorts every once in a while and she snores. And she has this puff. And unibrow and mustache. She doesn’t like to share my bed or my blanket.

Dad

They always fight but I can tell why. Tiffany is annoying and is clingy and gets jealous way to easy and that should stop. But its Tatum’s problem not mine. Also moving all her crap twice was so much fun when I had other stuff to do, like mow and work on Cody’s ca and get Leighton some lunch. And I let her live with me and she hasn’t said thank you that much. Also I let her have chickens and the stupid cat and she has not ever asked me if that was okay.

Tiffany

I need all this stuff. I only have like twenty different pairs of shorts so let’s get some more because I don’t have enough. I really need these shoes and phone case and this new phone and this new plan that I haven’t even paid for yet but who cares. Also I know I need to save money but I want all this stuff just to have it just; like my mom. I need my nails done also and then two weeks later I want them off then I get new ones. And I want to eat million times a day so let’s go buy some food. Oh I can’t wait for summer to get here to tan so let’s go pay 40 dollars and only go like maybe 7 times. And I own my mom money and boyfriend but they can wait till I get what I want. And look at factory connection I need new everything. And I ALSO have to have food every morning so I am happy. Also let’s buy some off a website that was like 40 dollars and have yet to get it. And I like to speed so let’s get a speeding ticket that I can’t even pay for because I spent all my money on junk. So lets my boyfriend pay for it.

Conflict

Talking with Tiffany. When we talk about her spending her money on stupid stuff and I try to keep her to save it. Because one she has bills and two she owes people money. Second is that she wants to go live on her own but she won’t save the money to get an apartment. Third she wants to go to see her brother and her father and she hasn’t saved any for that trip. She gets mad at me for trying to help. She doesn’t like me talking to her about it because she knows she has a problem but she doesn’t want to fix it. Last week she bout 3 shorts that she really didn’t need but she bout them anyways. She acts just like her mom when it comes to money. Oh and also she spent money to get her nails does which she didn’t need to do. Her wants are more than her needs. So that equals more money spent than save.

Stress

Stress is bad for your health. I get most of my stress from my girlfriend. She drives me insane when she gets mad when I try to talk to her about her bills and money. Also you can get stressed out about homework and also a test that you need to pass. Another is having a car that works and worrying about when it will finally die. And when people buy me stuff it stresses me out.
